1. The 30-Day Window

We invite you to experience your purchase in the comfort of your own space. If your Calyxa piece is not the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the date of arrival to initiate a return. To ensure a seamless process, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The bag must be unused, unworn, and in its original, pristine condition.
  • Authenticity: All original tags must remain attached.
  • Packaging: Please return the item in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to our studio safely.

2. The Concierge Return Process

We prioritize a personalized approach to your concerns. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Notification: Send a note to support@calyxa.store with your order reference number and the reason for your return.
  • Instruction: Our team will review your request and provide you with specific shipping instructions to ensure the item is returned to our studio securely.
  • Dispatch: Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Workflow

Once your return reaches our studio, our team will conduct a brief inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • Processing Time: After verification, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Communication: We will notify you via email the moment your refund has been issued.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should you receive a piece that is flawed or different from what you ordered, please reach out to us at support@calyxa.store within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photograph of the item and your order number so we may prioritize a swift replacement or resolution.
